All ADDE activities converge towards the major objective - sustainable development, which cannot be achieved without a human resource prepared to overcome all present and future challenges and to act responsibly towards the next generations. The association is determined not only to take models of good practices from European partners, but to make its own contribution by promoting with them successful projects in partnership. ADDE has full confidence in the skills, experience and involvement of its members in European projects.

• Development, promotion and realization of programs regarding the specialization and improvement of its members in the areas of interest of the Association;
• Promoting and supporting the participation of the members of the association as well as other people who work in the fields of interest of the association at scientific events (congresses, conferences, symposia, seminars, colloquiums, fairs, exhibitions, festivals, or other meetings), cultural, artistic in the country and abroad, in its areas of interest;
• Organizing cultural, artistic and scientific events to discover and develop new talents by the members of the association and to promote them, the Association organizing sessions of scientific communications, symposia, competitions, celebrations, concerts, festivals, etc .;
• Initiation and participation in the organization of fairs and exhibitions;
• Participations of members at international festivals, fairs and exhibitions organized both at home and abroad;
• Creating an own website for presenting the activity of the members and the products or services promoted;
• Promoting cooperation with similar structures, from the country and from other countries and maintaining direct relations with them as well as with international organizations in the fields of interest of the association;
• Elaboration, support, promotion, realization and participation in the development of cross-border and European programs in the fields of interest of the association;
• Development of European partnerships in order to amplify the European dimension of the Romanian educational system;
• Stimulating young people capable of performance by offering scholarships, awards and prizes in cash and / or in kind;

The association wishes to strengthen its status as a relevant actor in the development and social inclusion of young people, is an authorized provider of continuous professional training for adults for initiation, qualification and improvement programs. The Association is recognized for its concerns in the field of human resources development, partners, as well as those in the communities in which it operates. ADDE has developed and distributed manuals for accredited courses, guides, working procedures with internal and external environment, technical and financial regulations, standardized tools for the management of social services and non-reimbursable projects.

Both the members of the organization and the target groups they are addressing promote cultural diversity, multiculturality and social inclusion and values ​​such as tolerance, non-discrimination, cultural diversity.

Our team is made up of specialists with a wealth of experience in their field of reference: project management, continuous professional training of adults, provision of integrated services for vulnerable groups, organizational management, development and implementation of projects for consulting and technical assistance in establishing partnerships. public-private, elaboration of methodologies, regulations, working procedures with internal and external environment. We have members within the organization working in the national education system, whose expertise is very useful in the projects carried out. We also have members who are experts involved in European projects whose objective was the school and professional orientation of young people in the labor market.
